Imaginary landscape evolves

Visualizing the patterned flow of water and land typical of Marshland.
Keep waiting for the water to emerge. Work carries uncertainty and
excitement. Working without a tangible subject reveals my hands bias
toward scribble and scratch.

personally I like your hands tendency to scribble and scratch. somehow these have more passion that some of your more controlled paintings, though you know I really like your "older" work, too. Robin, I'm glad to see some of the work you're doing now that you are at Davis. Delicious stuff. Have fun going deeper and deeper toward the dance what your creative mind and body want to dance. It's neat to see you letting your arms and hands do their own thing.
